Return Policy

We accept returns within 2 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal or contact our customer support. Return shipping is free for domestic orders.

Replacement Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no additional cost. For items damaged during shipping, please include photos of the damage.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
